Description: Plaintiff was driving home when an NYPD van clipped the side of his car. Defendant Officers then arrested Plaintiff alleging that he was driving under the influence. Plaintiff was taken into custody and charged with assault, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, reckless endangerment and reckless driving. The charges were dismissed after video evidence corroborated Plaintiff's story.
