Description: On August 3, 2012, plaintiff was driving in Brooklyn when Defendant Officers Michael Fasciano, Edwin Espinal and John and Jane Doe 1-10 stopped him and illegally searched his car despite the lack of any reasonable suspicion or probable cause. Defendant Officers subsequently falsely arrested the plaintiff without probable cause and took him to the precinct, where he was strip searched. Defendant Officers told the District Attorney's Office against better knowledge hat they had observed plaintiff in possession of marijuana and prepared false paperwork including a false arrest report to that effect.
