Description: On or about October 27, 2013, Plaintiff let his dog out of his house and into his enclosed backyard. The backyard is completely fenced in, the dog had never escaped from the backyard, and there was no way for the dog to escape from there. Shortly thereafter, Plaintiff heard a gunshot.
