Description: O July 3, 2012, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Plaintiff was present on an MTA number 2 train near the Franklin Avenue stop in Kings County, New York. The train was travelling from Manhattan further into Brooklyn. Defendants Turton and Reyes were on the train and they approached Plaintiff and demanded to see his identification. The Defendants searched Plaintiff which yielded no evidence of guns, drugs, or contraband. The Defendants then ordered the Plaintiff to exit the train at the Franklin Avenue stop and Plaintiff complied.
