Description: Plaintiff was entering the lobby of his apartment when he was stopped by PSA 1 police officers. The officers stopped, searched, and frisked the plaintiff without any probable cause. The plaintiff began to object and asked for the officers' names and badge numbers. The plaintiff was pushed and told by Office Sanchez, "we can do this the easy way or the hard way". Plaintiff was then released without charges. Plaintiff also filed a complaint with the CCRB, who substantiated the plaintiff's claim that Officer Dugan unlawfully stopped and frisked him.
