Description: On November 22, 2016, Plaintiff Luis Jimenez was lawfully present in the vicinity of 1235 Grand Concourse, in the Bronx, New York. Defendants, three (3) NYPD Officers that include Officer Jose Rosa (Shield No.10342), summarily stopped, frisked, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner—absent an arrest warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause or any legal justification. Specifically, Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search by Defendants. Following his arrest, Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
