Description: On November 11, 2012, Plaintiff and two friends were stopped by several unidentified NYPD officers, including officer Khan (whose first name was unknown to Plaintiff at the time the complaint was filed). The officers told Plaintiff that a woman in the neighborhood had been robbed. The woman approached Plaintiff and told the officers that Plaintiff was not the person who had robbed her. Despite the fact that there was no probable cause to believe that Plaintiff had committed any crimes or offenses, the officers placed Plaintiff under arrest.
