Description: On March 14, 2012, Plaintiff was asleep inside his apartment when he was awoken by a loud banging on his apartment door. When Plaintiff opened his apartment door, Defendants POLICE OFFICERS JOHN DOES# 1-10 stood in front of his door, and without warning, Plaintiff was grabbed, pulled out of his apartment, and slammed up against a wall in the hallway. Without any explanation, Plaintiff was then handcuffed, escorted outside of the building, and placed inside an NYPD van. Defendants then searched Plaintiff’s apartment and removed his dog and computer, which were never returned.
