Description: On March 24, 2017 Plaintiff, who was 15 years old, arrived on E. 102nd st between 2nd and 3rd avenues. She had called her mother ahead of time to tell her she would be arriving. Plaintiff had been away for a few days which had caused her mother to worry. Plaintiff's mother had called and asked the police to intercept Plaintiff. when plaintiff was confronted by the police she began to yell at her mother, presumably over the phone, and one of the defendant police officers told her not to talk to her mother that way. Plaintiff then shouted a racial slur at the defendant police officer. Defendant police officer then attacked the plaintiff causing multiple injuries. Description: Plaintiff was pulled over after being followed by an unmarked police car with their emergency flash lights on. Defendant P.O. Rushtlion spoke to the plaintiff in a "negative, loud, hostile tone of voice". Plaintiff was told to exit his car and place his hands on the hood of the car. Rushtlion pulled the plaintiff's arm, dragged him by a chokehold, and body slammed the plaintiff onto his car. Defendants Sandoval and Olsen then searched the plaintiff's shirt and pants pockets. The plaintiff's request to call captain in regards to his illegal search and arrest was denied. The defendants also refused the plaintiff of his Miranda rights. Plaintiff was released on ROR.

Description: On July 3, 2014, Hilaire was sitting in front of her house in Brooklyn. An NYPD vehicle ulled up and defendants exited the vehicle and ran down the street. Hilaire went into her home and entered her bedroom alone. Five minutes later, P.O.s, including Sgt. Comas, Lieutenant Lee, officers Mims and Garrett, unlawfully entered her bedroom, handcuffed her, and placed her under arrest without probable cause. P.O.s, including Lee and Mims, conveyed false information to have Hilaire prosecuted for obstructing governmental administration.
