Description: On June 27, 2014, at the southeast corner of Broadway and 65th Street, the Plaintiff was turning left safely by following all the traffic rules and changing lanes to the left-most lane. As it happened, Plaintiff drove in front of the first car in the left-most lane, which was an unmarked police car driven by PO Firpo. Plaintiff was pulled over by the police car and was issued a traffic ticket for "unsafe lane change," despite the fact that he was driving safely and remained calm throughout the process. When the police car left, Plaintiff noticed that PO Firpo and PO Sanchezpolos were laughing in the car and PO Sanchezpolos was sticking up her middle finger at him.
