Description: Defendant Officers forcibly entered Plaintiff's home without a warrant and searched the apartment. Plaintiff was hit in the shoulder, told she had been in the country too long not to speak English and was kneed in the ribs by defendant officers. Officers stole $7,000, jewelry, and surveillance devices from the residence. Plaintiff was arrested, brought to the 115th Precinct, held for 11 hours, and then released without further explanation.
