Complaint
Description: On August 19, 2019, around 2:00 AM in front of 1236 Intervale Avenue, Bronx, Plaintiff Abraham Isaacs was arrested, assaulted, tased, and handcuffed by Defendant Police Officer Michael Brito. Plaintiff was then taken to Lincoln Hospital (234 E 149th St, Bronx), then fingerprinted and taken to Central Booking. Plaintiff was subsequently arrested for 1) resisting arrest, 2) attempting to commit a crime, 3) assault of a police officer, 4) assault (second), 5) assault (third), 6) obstructing governmental administration (second), and 7) harassment (second). The case was dismissed on December 20, 2019.
