Description: Defendant Undercover Officers knocked on Plaintiff's door and claimed someone told them to come there. Plaintiff refused to let them in and they exchanged words. Defendant Officers came back later and knocked in the door with guns drawn, assaulting Plaintiff and his guests, and searching the apartment and destroying property. Officers then handcuffed Plaintiff and his guests, searched their pockets, found a crack pipe in one of the guest's pockets, and took them all to the precinct. Plaintiff was charged with drug related crimes and was harassed by police officers on future occasions.
