Description: On January 31, 2019, plaintiff was coming from his friend's apartment on Noble Ave, Bronx, NY, and walking towards the #27 bus stop to take the bus home. Plaintiff walked into a bodega at Soundview and Lafayette Aves, to get a soda and cigarettes. Inside the bodega, plaintiff saw some friends, whom walked with him to the bus stop after the purchase of his soda and cigarettes. While waiting for the bus, 4 plain clothes police officers, aggressively approached plaintiff and threw him against the wall. After being searched, plaintiff had his jacket taken from him, was handcuffed and was thrown in an unmarked car. Plaintiff was driven to PSA 8 in the Bronx and held for 3 hours before being taken to the 43rd Precinc...
