Description: On February 28, 2013, plaintiff broke up with his girlfriend. In response, she called 911. Defendants forcibly entered into plaintiff's residence, ordered him to exit the apartment, and searched plaintiff. Once transported to the precinct, plaintiff was refused an interpreter. All charges brought against plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.
