Description: On May 22, 2010, plaintiff was walking to a church to turn in a gun he had found at a party when he was stopped in the street without cause by defendant officers Alohan and Cox. Defendant officers detained and searched the plaintiff and found the gun. Plaintiff attempted to explain to the defendant officers that he was on his way to turn in the gun, but the officers arrested plaintiff, handcuffed him, and transported him to the precinct.
