Description: Plaintiff was attacked by another apartment occupant, Ms. Obi, at the incident time and date. Officers called to the scene, P.O Bravo and P.O. Vasco, took note that Ms. Obi claimed the defendant stole her cell phone. Officers left the scene at about 4:30 PM. At around 11:00 PM that day, defendant Sgt. Shaun Brown and P.O. Michael Caracciolo arrived to the apartment building where the plaintiff was arrested and processed at the 81th precinct. Plaintiff was never read his Miranda rights.
