Description: On October 23, 2020, plaintiff Gabriel Roldan was lawfully walking on the sidewalk when Officer James Weik told him that they were going to arrest him. Defendants, including Officer James Weik, Officer Joseph Rodelli, and Lieutenant Joseph Algerio, took plaintiff to the ground and held him face down. Even though he was pinned down by three officers, Officer Rodelli began punching plaintiff on the side and back of his body. Officer Weik then tased plaintiff, while he was held face down on the ground, at least three times. As this occurred Lieutenant Algerio stood by and watched, and his body camera had a clear view of Officer Weik tasing plaintff.

Description: The plaintiff was told by family and friends that a warrant was out for his arrest with regards to a Weapon Possession Charge. The basis of the alleged warrant was from September 5, 2013 when the defendant officer found weapons in the safe of †113≠11†201†Street. The plaintiff did not reside at said location nor have any knowledge of the contents of that apartment. On September 11, 2013 the plaintiff turned himself in to the 113th Precinct after speaking with his lawyer. The plaintiff was handcuffed, arrested, taken to central booking followed by Riker's Island, and finally on May 18, 2015 all charges were dismissed and it was determined the plaintiff was in no one connected to the charges.

Description: On August 3, 2013, while plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk, P.O. Rizzo approached him and pushed him. When plaintiff asked why Rizzo had pushed him, Rizzo grabbed plaintiff's arms to arrest him. Four other officers approached and assisted Rizzo in the arrest. O'Connor kneed plaintiff in the testicles, causing plaintiff to fall to the ground.
