Description: On April 2, 2013, Plaintiff ROBERT HANKINS was lawfully present on Herkimer St in Brooklyn when without reasonable suspicion, Defendants, including PO SEAN NURSE and JOHN DOE 1-10, stopped and searched Plaintiff. Plaintiff has nothing illegal on his persons. When Defendant officers found mints in Plaintiffs pockets, they handcuffed Plaintiff. Even after Plaintiff explained to officers that they were mints, Plaintiff falsely arrested Plaintiff and took him to 79th Precinct.
