Complaint
Description: On February 21, 2012, while the plaintiff was driving his car on the streets of New York, he was stopped by defendants Officer Edwin Alvarado and Officer Joseph Parchen without any justifiable reason. The defendants proceeded to arrest the plaintiff for criminal possession of marijuana, despite the plaintiff not being in possession of the substance and having committed no other actions justifying the arrest. Ultimately, all charges against the plaintiff were dismissed.
