Description: On May 10, 2016, Plaintiff ran into two acquaintances who asked if he wanted to play basketball. The three and some other young men entered the courts and began playing. Shortly, POs arrived and approached the two men with whom Plaintiff was acquainted and took them into custody. PO Poveromo told Plaintiff not to move. Plaintiff complied and was handcuffed and taken to a police vehicle. Plaintiff demanded to know why he was under arrest. PO Poveromo told Plaintiff to be quiet and refused to tell him. PO Hansen approved Plaintiff's arrest and the two POs along with PO Lopez transported him to a precinct. At the arraignment, Plaintiff was charged with Robbery and felony assault.
