Description: On January 22, 2010, Plaintiff was parking his car when Defendant Officers Brendan Egan, William Raldirez and Kenny Valladares approached. Defendant Egan assaulted Plaintiff by pushing him against the car, then illegally searching him. Defendants Egan and Raldirez illegally searched Plaintiff’s car. Defendant Valladares issued a parking ticket and the officers left. Upset, the Plaintiff went to the 71st Precinct to obtain the name of the officers. There, Defendant Egan approached and arrested Plaintiff for disorderly conduct and handcuffed him tightly in a cell. Plaintiff was held for several hours before being released with another parking ticket. Both tickets were dismissed shortly thereafter.
