Description: On February 27, 2013, Plaintiff ended his shift as a food runner and walked with a coworker to a subway station. Plaintiff slid his MetroCard through the turnstile and gained entry to the subway platform. Plaintiff and his coworker walked along the subway platform when they were approached by Defendant officers Cuadrado, Lombardi, and Botto. At this point, Defendant officer Cuadrado handcuffed and arrested Plaintiff without probable cause or legal justification.
