Complaint
Description: On or about April 25th, 2018, Plaintiff was lawfully at her mother's residence in Brooklyn when PO Jeffery Stewart and PO "John Doe" arrested her. PO Stewart and PO "John Doe" entered the residence and arrested Plaintiff for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia. No drugs nor weapons were recovered on or near Plaintiff's person. PO's instigated a malicious prosecution of Plaintiff. At arraignment, Plaintiff was released on her own recognizance. On August 13th, 2018, criminal proceedings against Plaintiff were terminated in her favor. On October 26th, 2018, the charges against plaintiff were dropped and the case was dismissed.
