Description: On March 7, 2013, Plaintiff was in a subway station when he was accused by NYPD Officer Jose Diaz of indecently exposing himself. Despite Officers John Contreras and Elvin Gomez having a picture of the alleged wrongdoer, and the picture not being of Plaintiff, they and Jonathan Rivera arrested Plaintiff, strip searched him, and fabricated allegations against him.
