Description: On October 26, 2016, around 4:30 PM, Plaintiff Rashaad Norfleet was walking near 1056 Manor Avenue, Bronx, when Defendant NYPD Officers Stephen Contrata and "John" Kim approached Plaintiff about a crime that was committed earlier that day. Plaintiff stated that was a school teacher at the Eagle Academy in Brooklyn. Then, Defendant Officers Contrata and Kim unlawfully searched Platinff's person and seized his bookbag.
