Description: On February 7, 2014 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Third Avenue when POs Ronald Kowalski, Luis Mercedes, Eric Calderon, John Doe, and John Roe approached and summarily stopped, grabbed, assaulted, battered, detained, and searched Plaintiff without legal justification as part of a racially-motivated arrest quota system. Plaintiff was falsely imprisoned, subjected to a strip search, and maliciously prosecuted.
