Description: Plaintiff Morgan: On April 11, 2023, plaintiff Morgan was stopped, questioned, touched, grabbed, handcuffed, seized, battered, violated, humiliated and arrested in an excessive manner and with excessive force by the defendants. The defendants took plaintiff Morgan to a police station and entered him on the records as under arrest, had his fingerprints and photographs be taken and held him on various criminal charges at various police stations, correctional facilities and at the courthouse of New York. The defendants did not have a warrant. Plaintiff Morgan remained incarcerated for over 24 hours.
