Description: On June 2, 2020, Plaintiff was escorting his cousin Ms. Kiyee, an essential worker, from work to home when they encounter a group of officers, believe to include some of the defendants, chasing a young Black man and tackling him to the sidewalk. Plaintiff instructed his cousin to start recording the actions on a cell phone, remaining a safe distance from the officers.
