Complaint
Description: On March 13, 2022, Plaintiff was asleep in his mother's car. The defendants knocked on the vehicle and requested the Plaintiff to exit the vehicle. Additional five patrol cars and ten PO's arrived at the scene. The Plaintiff walked away from the scene and towards a store. The Plaintiff was tased by the PO's and fell to the ground. The entire incident was recorded by the store camera. The plaintiff was then transported to the hospital for mental health evaluation. The next day, the Plaintiff was discharged. Three days later, Plaintiff passed away.
