Description: On June 4, 2021, at approximately 7 p.m., Plaintiff was seated in the front passenger seat of a parked car with two friends when NYPD officers approached the vehicle, knocked on the windows, shined their flashlights into the vehicle and ordered Plaintiff and his friends to roll down all for windows and exit the car. The officers then proceeded to shatter the driver's side window, which caused the Plaintiff to suffer minor lacerations, and a piece of glass to be lodged in his eye.
