Description: On March 3, 2017, plaintiff was in the vicinity of Westchester Avenue and Southern Blvd when three defendant P.O.s, including Thomas, approached him. Defendant P.O.s proceeded to stop and strip-searching plaintiff. In their arrest of plaintiff, defendant P.O.s assaulted and detained him in an aggressive manner. Plaintiff was charged with several crimes, which were all terminated favorably.
