Description: On January 02, 2021, plaintiff SirCarlyle participated in a group ride during a friend's funeral to commemorate the friend's death. During this group ride, while SirCarlyle and others were riding their bikes, doing “wheelies” and other movements, Officer Thomas Montario aggressively approached SirCarlyle and viciously thew him to the ground – forcing him off the bike. At no time when SirCarlyle was riding his bike, did he approach or attempt to hit Officer Thomas Montario or any other officer.
