Complaint
Description: On or about November 12, 2013 Plaintiff was falsely arrested at his place of business by PO Filastin Srour, Lt. Paul Zangrilli, and undercover PO Jane Doe. Plaintiff was handcuffed, shoved, and otherwise attacked during his arrest. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted until May 20, 2014 when he was acquitted. Plaintiff sustained severe psychological injuries and damage to his reputation which will prevent him from operating his business as a result of this incident.
