Description: On August 4, 2012, Plaintiff, a freelance photographer, was on assignment in the Bronx. Plaintiff was photographing a brewing street fight when defendant P.O. Guzman instructed Plaintiff to stop. Plaintiff identified himself as a photojournalist for the New York Times and continued his photography. Defendant P.O. Ackerman aggressively pushed the camera into Plaintiff's face. Defendant P.O. Guzman and Morales grabbed Plainitff's camera. Six police officers, including Ackermann and Morales, then dragged, kicked, and stomped on Plaintiff. Ackerman placed Plaintiff under arrest, transporting him to the 44th Precinct.
