Description: On or about July 15, 2023, Plaintiff was stopped without probable cause by Defendant NYPD POs including PO Alex Kroytor. The officers searched, handcuffed, and arrested Plaintiff before transporting him to a precinct. At the precinct, the officers initiated a criminal prosecution of Plaintiff, charging him with a misdemeanor and a traffic violation of which Plaintiff was innocent. In support of the criminal prosecution, PO Alex Kroytor signed and swore to a complaint in which he made false accusations against Plaintiff. Subsequently, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed and the criminal proceeding terminated in his favour.

Description: On July 21, 2023, the plaintiff had been visiting her mother when the defendants NYPD officers, including Alex Kroytor and Orkhan Mamedov, arrived and, based on obviously false allegations, informed her that she was under arrest. The plaintiff, a medical student, had not committed any crime or violated the law in any way. Despite not resisting arrest, the plaintiff was placed in unreasonably tight metal handcuffs and transported to the 60th Precinct. Before being transported, the plaintiff was physically violated by a male officer who placed his hand under her brassier strap, touched her arm, and even groped her buttocks.
