Peter Bohringer, and PO Aaron Lohman searched plaintiff's vehicle without cause near his home and falsely alleged that they recovered marijuana, leading to his arrest and false charges. On June 8, 2013, Kelly and Bohringer also punched and kicked Plaintiff while he was handcuffed on the ground in front of Plaintiff's son. Plaintiff sustained an injured arm, bruises and cuts. Description: On October 17, 2013, Plaintiff was sleeping in her room when Plaintiff's door was pushed open and officers with guns drawn entered. One of the officers was Michael Kelly. While the officers had a warrant, the warrant application was intentionally made overbroad. No contraband was found on either Plaintiff or in her room, nevertheless, Plaintiff was handcuffed.
