Description: On November 30, 2013, Plaintiff Christopher Rivera was operating a 2009 Nissan Altima in Bronx County, New York. Plaintiffs Richard Moreno, Jonathan Reyes, Rafael Robles, and Jaime Vega were passengers in the vehicle. Rivera's vehicle was pulled over by a police van and Defendant Officer Derek Bruno approached the vehicle and stated they were being pulled over for having tinted windows.
