Complaint
Description: On June 16, 2019, Plaintiff one was lawfully on the street when he was approached and arrested by officers without cause. In the course of the arrest, officers struck Plaintiff repeatedly in the face and body and threw him to the ground. Thereafter, Plaintiff was taken to the precinct where officers refused to give Plaintiff medical treatment for his injuries. On June 16, 2019, Plaintiff two was lawfully on the street when officers approached him without cause. Officers assaulted Plaintiff by grabbing him and forcefully throwing him to the ground. Plaintiff was not arrested or taken into custody after the assault.
