Description: On March 28, 2023, plaintiff was walking down a street and conversing with a friend when he was followed by an unmarked police car. Four police officers then exited the unmarked vehicle and, without any probable cause or reasonable suspicion, seized and searched the plaintiff. They later claimed that they had thought he carried a weapon, although all the plaintiff had on him was a water bottle and a phone. When plaintiff questioned the police officers' conduct, he was threatened with arrest for disorderly conduct.

Description: On March 24, 2023, Plaintiff was walking home and entered his residence when the Defendant Officers entered the residence with him.
