Description: On November 10, 2014, Police Officer Mary Cunningham, Adam Malki unlawfully seized, searched, and questioned the plaintiff without any legal justification or excuse. The plaintiff was then assaulted by PO Cunningham, Malki, Lydell Harrigan, and Jermack Romeo without any legal justification.
