Description: On September 2, 2022, plaintiff was lawfully standing on a sidewalk with friends. At that time, defendant police officers, including officers Deven P. Okvist (Shield No. 5635), Dennis Diaz (Shield No. 1270), and Macaulay Maldarelli (Shield No. 5974), approached and began yelling at plaintiff and his friends.
