Description: On or about December 30, 2022 minor Plaintiff was seated in the rear of a vehicle when PO Hannah Cottignies, PO Angel Henriquez, PO Ramon Mejia, PO Miguel Sanchez, PO Melissa Negron, and POs John and Jane Doe 1-15 surrounded the vehicle and ordered the occupants to exit. Some of the POs had a history of misconduct prior to this incident. The occupants, including Plaintiff, exited the vehicle as ordered. Plaintiff had been recording since the initial stop and continued recording after exiting the vehicle. POs asked Plaintiff for identification and when Plaintiff asked why POs falsely arrested Plaintiff.
