Complaint
Description: On or about July 24, 2022, Plaintiff was arrested by Officer Gennesis Almonte on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. After Plaintiff was placed in handcuffs, the Officer, without justification, struck Plaintiff in the head with a hard object, causing a laceration above Plaintiff's right eye. As a result of the Officer's unnecessary and illegal use of force, Plaintiff suffered serious injury.
