Description: On July 3, 2019, Plaintiff Shakira Leslie was traveling in the back seat of her friend's car when it was pulled over by Defendant NYPD officers. Plaintiff and others in the car were ordered out of the car to be searched. Despite that no contraband was found on Plaintiff during the search, she was arrested and brought to the precinct for questioning.
