Description: On July 21, 2023, Police Officers Ashley Rodriguez, Joshua Moscoso, and Steven Gomez approached Plaintiff as he stood on the street eating food. The Defendants instructed Plaintiff to move a vehicle that was double parked. When Plaintiff told Defendants that the car was his friends, they demanded Plaintiffs identification. Defendant Moscoso then grabbed Plaintiff and slammed him against the friends car. Defendant Moscoso and Defendant Gomez then forcefully grabbed and twisted Plaintiff's arms and wrists. They then pushed Plaintiff, causing him to trip to the ground and sustain injuries to his knees.
