Complaint
Description: On January 13, 2023, the plaintiff was driving when he was unlawfully stopped, detained, assaulted, seized and searched without probable cause by the defendant POs including PO Franklin Garrido. After stopping the plaintiff, the defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes and violently and aggressively grabbed the plaintiff's head and body. They then aggressively shoved their hands into his clothes and intimate areas and without probable cause or a search warrant searched the car before violently contorting his arms and wrists behind his back and handcuffing him tightly. The plaintiff was then taken to the 73rd Precinct where he was fingerprinted, photographed and strip-searched along with a cavity sear...
