Description: Defendants made racist remarks about Plaintiff's black facial appearance. Defendants also stated that they do not respect the "Muslim Terrorist Religion." The Defendants conspired to put pressure on the Plaintiff to get him to shave off his beard. Defendant Bia eventually directly threatened the Plaintiff's life with a gun and Plaintiff shaved his beard with a razor provided by Defendant Bia. The razor provided to the Plaintiff was unauthorized, defective, dangerous, used, dull, and rusty and the Plaintiff suffered physical damage to his face as a result of using this razor.
