Complaint
Description: On March 11, 2023, the Plaintiff was falsely arrested and charged with assaulting her grandmother. He was tased and taken to hospital to be checked for electrocution injury. The plaintiff spent three days at Rikers and was released following the grand jury's determination. Three months after the arrest, the charges were dismissed.
