Description: On December 30, 2022, Plaintiff, Armani Cardwood, was unlawfully pulled over around 9:00 p.m. on Hillside Avenue by Police Officer Adam A Arce, Shield 21576 and officers of the 107th Precinct for failing to have a proper rear license plate applied to the vehicle. The officers seized an incorrect claim that Mr. Cardwood was not licensed to drive, and then claimed Mr. Cardwood possessed a weapon, which was dismissed by the Queens County District Attorney's Office. As visible and audible on video one or more of the officers told Mr. Cardwood that he was being arrested because he would not shut the fuck up and was trying to be a street lawyer.
